Shipper/Receiver that can ensure seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items. Inventory management and customer relations with carriers and shipping companies are essential functions for this position. Shift: Monday-Friday 3:15pm – 1:45am Rate: $19.55 Location: Eglinton/Tomken (Public Transit Accessible) Key Responsibilities · Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking · Manage and maintain inventory of storage clients physically moving product · Perform quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off · Report discrepancies to immediate supervisor · Follow current standards and procedures · Ensure that shipments contain proper documentation and if multiple items per shipment, ensure item lists are complete · Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies · Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations Qualifications/Skills Necessary: · Must be customer focused · Strong communication · Team player · Accountability and dependability Requirements: · Experience in the warehouse industry · Working experience as a shipper/receiver · Able to communicate both verbally and in writing · Attention to detail in all areas of work · Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills · Basic mathematical skills · Working knowledge of safe packing methods · Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment · Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently · Strong work ethic and positive team attitude 3. Electrical Assembler 2 positions Assembly 1 $18.50 / Assembly II $19.50 Position: Electrical Mechanical Layout (Light Assembly) Industry: Commercial and Institutional HVAC Employment Status: Full Time /temporary Location: Toronto Area – Mississauga Experience: 3 years of experience required Shift: 6:45am-3:15pm Reporting to the Supervisor, Electrical Mechanical Layout must demonstrate a high level of competence in electrical experience. The successful applicant should also be a responsible team-player, who is able to work individually and has strong attention to details in performing everyday tasks.
