Job Description Schedules: Night shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:30PM to 4:00AM (3-day weekends every week) Day shift schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM Compensation: Competitive wage: $22.07 to $22.62/hour (+ 5$/h for night shift) Your role As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will: Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency) Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment Assist machine operators with daily tasks Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment This position is for you if You enjoy physical, active work You take pride in punctuality and a job well done You’re looking for stable hours, good pay, and a long-term career in manufacturing Qualifications Profile we’re looking for This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability.
