Job Description WHAT’S THE JOB? The General Helper/Dishwasher is responsible for assisting in the overall kitchen operations and maintenance as well as cleaning and sanitizing of designated kitchen areas, tools, equipment, pots, and dishes. Note this is a seasonal position which coincides with the operation of the school year. Your work will include: Wash, scrub, clean, and sanitize designated kitchen and all aspects within the kitchen Keep Kitchen organized Clean kitchen floors; sweep and mopping, storage room areas, fridges as well Clean refrigerators, ovens, and other kitchen equipment Wash pots, dishes, glasses, cups, etc., after each meal and as required Deep cleaning on a daily/weekly basis of the dish machine, ovens, etc. Help keep storage rooms and fridges/freezers cleaned and organized Maintain Cleaning Records and Logs Maintain Garbage room, sort according to waste streams Understanding WINNOW
