Job Description FLINT is seeking a Working Superintendent - Mechanical Maintenance with industrial maintenance experience and a Journeyperson Pipefitter certification for a permanent position in Port Moody, BC , starting October 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 8-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates ; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. Position Summary This is a hands-on role combining mechanical maintenance, pipefitting, planning, and project coordination within an active industrial facility. Unlike a traditional General Foreperson position, there are no direct reports . The successful candidate will independently manage maintenance activities, coordinate subcontractors, and perform pipefitting and mechanical work as required. Primary work will be based at the Port Moody Terminal , with occasional work at Burnaby and Nanaimo locations.
