What We Offer:
Compensation of approximately
$122.92/hour
Annualized earnings approaching

4-day full-time schedule with excellent work-life balance
Healthcare coverage paid at 100% for providers working all 4 days
Relaxed clinical environment seeing approximately 6–8 patients per day
Minimal administrative burden — focus on patient care only

Practice Overview:
Established community health center serving the community since 2010
Patient population primarily participating in government-supported programs
Approximately 96% of patients enrolled in government assistance programs
Adult and pediatric patient mix
Straightforward restorative and preventive dentistry focus
Supportive clinical environment designed for efficiency and provider balance
Key Responsibilities:
Provide preventive and restorative dental care
Perform simple extractions and denture fittings
Treat both adult and pediatric patients
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop patient-centered treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain high clinical standards and patient-focused care
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD (or Canadian equivalent) from an accredited dental school
Active Ontario dental license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable practicing bread-and-butter general dentistry
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Compassionate and community-oriented mindset
Open to new graduates and experienced providers alike
