We’re
Gary Your Gardener
, a family-run business rooted in care, community, and craftsmanship. For us, gardening isn’t just a job—it’s about making people feel proud and happy every time they see their yard. We take away the hard work so our clients can simply enjoy their gardens.
If you
love the outdoors
in all its moods—sun, rain, and everything in between—this might be the perfect role for you.
If you
thrive on movement
, staying strong and active, and tackling challenges head-on—whether it’s carrying, climbing, pushing, or pruning—you’ll feel right at home here.
If
creating beauty
from the ground up satisfies you—shaping hedges, pulling weeds, planting, mowing, edging, and seeing the transformation—you’ll fit right in.
What We’re Looking For
We care deeply about our clients and our work, so we’re looking for someone who:
Is on time and reliable every single day
Brings a bright, ambitious attitude
Is eager to learn and grow with us
Speaks positively and communicates clearly
Shows up looking professional and prepared
Works with pride, focusing on the client’s experience
Cares about details and goes above and beyond
Why Work With Us?
We’re not just about maintaining gardens—we’re about building relationships. We want our clients to feel cared for, and we treat every garden as if it were our own. As part of our close-knit team,
you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a lead gardener role
and be part of a business that values trust, hard work, and neighbourly connection.
