Integrated Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Garbage Collectors / Waste Collection Labourers for our client in Saint John, NB . This is a physically active, outdoor role suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that helps keep the community clean and safe. Candidates must have reliable transportation, as early morning start times and work locations are not accessible by public transit. Key Responsibilities • Collect residential and/or commercial waste and recyclables along assigned routes • Load and unload materials into garbage trucks safely and efficiently • Assist drivers with navigation and route completion • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working around equipment and traffic • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Provide excellent service while representing the company professionally Qualifications • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, walking, repetitive motion) • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to work early morning shifts • Team-oriented with good communication skills • Reliable transportation is required • Previous labour or waste collection experience is an asset but not required Requirements • Steel-toe boots (required) • Reliable transportation to and from the job site • Willingness to follow safety protocols at all times What We Offer • Consistent work with opportunity for long-term placement • Weekly pay through Integrated Staffing • Pay: $17/hour + 4% vacation pay • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to gain valuable labour experience REFER TALENT.
