About This Job The FVP, ABL Operations leads the end-to-end operations of the Bank’s Asset‑Based Lending platform, overseeing onboarding, collateral management, borrowing base administration, and servicing activities. This role ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant execution across the ABL lifecycle while supporting complex structures secured by receivables, inventory, and other collateral. Partnering closely with Relationship Management, Credit, and Risk, the FVP drives process improvement, strengthens operational controls, and builds scalable infrastructure to support portfolio growth. This leader also manages and develops a high‑performing team while delivering a consistent, client‑focused experience. Responsibilities Calculate borrowing base availability, including monitoring portfolio for concentration limits Monitor payments, collections, and payoffs Collect documents as required in loan agreements Process draw requests Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders Analyze data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for review Lead a high performing organization by engaging associates, setting expectations, holding teams accountable and recognizing great work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 10+ years’ direct experience (ABL lending, Covenants, …) Experience with nCino is a plus Moody’s ABS Experience working with Regulators Axos Employee Benefits May Include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year) HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self‑Directed Trading Job Functions and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
