Full-Time Shift Leader Starting Wage: $20.15 per hour Carpenter Enterprises (B.C.) Inc. is an independently owned and operated franchise of McDonald's Restaurants serving communities across Vancouver Island. We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Shift Leaders to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy leading others, creating great guest experiences, and developing their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in supporting restaurant operations, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence during every shift. What Full-Time Availability Means Full-time availability means being available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred candidates will have flexible availability and be able to support restaurant operations across multiple dayparts. Typical manager shifts include: Opening Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Closing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 4:00 PM - Midnight, or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (depending on restaurant location) Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (depending on restaurant location) Shifts are typically 7-8 hours per day, 5 days per week. A Day in the Life No two shifts are exactly the same. As a Shift Leader, you'll lead by example while supporting the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and achieving restaurant goals.
