Full-Time Overnight Crew Shift: Overnight hours, typically starting at 10:00 PM Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour Carpenter Enterprises (B.C.) Inc. is an independently owned and operated franchise of McDonald's Restaurants serving communities across Vancouver Island. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Crew Members to join our overnight team. This full-time overnight role is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays focused in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly through the late-night and overnight hours. A Day in the Life A typical shift in this role starts at 10:00 PM and focuses on managing the restaurant's late-night operations. Overnight crew members may be assigned to either service or kitchen, depending on operational needs. In service, the role includes supporting dining room service until midnight, then shifting focus to Drive-Thru and McDelivery orders overnight. In kitchen, the focus is on preparing orders efficiently and supporting overall overnight operations. Along the way, crew members restock product, maintain service flow, and clean and organize their work areas, including the dining room and service area, to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day.
