Overview Job Skills / Requirements Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Officer! About the Role We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Mobile Security Guard to join our team. If you take pride in protecting people and property, we want to meet you! Schedule & Pay • Hourly Rate: $17.50 hour • Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends - Overnights • Status: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Patrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access • Enforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalism • Respond to emergencies, including intoxication, aggression, or medical incidents • Provide exceptional customer service to the public • Communicate via two-way radio and write detailed reports on incidents and daily activity Requirements • At least 19 years of age • Must have full MB Driver's License and a clean drivers abstract • Must have one year experience of driving in Canada • Must be bondable • 1-2 years of security experience (static sites) • MOAB Certification - or willingness to complete company-sponsored training prior to onboarding • First Aid & CPR Level C certification (CSA-approved provider) • Comfortable with physical duties : standing, walking, sitting for extended periods.
