Oxford Learning Orléans is seeking a
Full-Time Enrolment & Education Coordinator
to join our leadership team.
Working closely with the Education Director, you will play an important role in welcoming new families, supporting student enrolment, overseeing educational programming, guiding teachers, and helping manage the centre’s daily operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who is ready to grow into a meaningful leadership position while continuing to work directly with students and families.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is

About the Role
As the Enrolment & Education Coordinator, you will help create an exceptional experience for every student and family who walks through our doors.
You will meet with prospective families, conduct student assessments, develop personalized learning plans, monitor student progress, and maintain regular communication with parents. You will also teach students, support our educators, coordinate schedules, and assist with the centre’s administrative and leadership responsibilities.
This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting a team, and making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
Key Responsibilities
Student Enrolment and Family Engagement
Welcome prospective families and introduce them to Oxford Learning’s programs
Respond to parent inquiries and confidently guide families through the enrolment process
Build positive, lasting relationships with students and parents
Conduct student assessments and clearly explain the results to families
Develop individualized learning plans based on each student’s strengths and needs
Meet regularly with families to review progress, discuss goals, and celebrate achievements
Prepare clear, professional, and detailed student progress reports
Teaching and Educational Leadership
Teach students during afternoon and evening instructional hours
Ensure Oxford Learning’s teaching methods and educational standards are consistently maintained
Guide, mentor, and support teachers in delivering effective programming
Monitor student programming and make adjustments when needed
Foster a positive, collaborative, and student-centred learning environment
Centre Operations and Leadership
Coordinate student and teacher schedules
Help prepare the centre for daily operations
Support the Education Director with administrative and leadership responsibilities
Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and engaging learning environment
Provide support to students, families, and teachers whenever needed
Contribute ideas that strengthen the student, parent, and staff experience
Qualifications
Education and Language Requirements
A university degree (Education, social sciences, business are ideal)
Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is
mandatory
Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate is:
Passionate about education and student success
A confident, professional, and approachable communicator
Comfortable speaking with families and explaining educational programs
Able to lead, mentor, and support a team
Organized, proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused
Experienced in teaching or tutoring
Experienced working in an educational environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
Previous leadership, coordination, sales, or management experience is considered a strong asset.
Compensation and Professional Growth
Salary:
$45,000 per year
Benefits package:
Available after six months

The position includes:
A six-month probationary period
A performance review after six months
Two weeks of paid vacation during the holiday season
Annual salary reviews, with increases based on performance
Ongoing opportunities to develop leadership and management skills
Required Schedule
As an after-school learning centre, our leadership team works during the hours when students attend classes. The following schedule is required and non-negotiable.
July–August
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
September–June
Monday–Thursday: 11:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
