Create high-quality programming prompts to test AI models on coding tasks. Evaluate model outputs in areas like algorithms , data structures , and systems design . Provide expert feedback on software architecture , databases , and APIs . Assess and improve cloud infrastructure and full-stack development capabilities. Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have Strong software engineering experience. Clear written communication skills. Ability to evaluate code for correctness, efficiency, readability, security, and maintainability.
