Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to an AWS-hosted SaaS platform.
Requirement/Must Have:
Strong Java backend development experience and solid software engineering fundamentals.
Experience designing REST APIs, distributed systems, data models, caching strategies, and service integrations.
AWS cloud familiarity, especially EC2, ECS, API Gateway, RDS/PostgreSQL, Redis, IAM, networking, and deployment workflows.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Linux command-line tooling, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis.
Ability to work independently in an Agile environment while collaborating across engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and modern service frameworks.
Develop scalable cloud-native services, service-oriented architectures, and secure integrations.
Work with AWS-hosted services, PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and observability tools.
Troubleshoot production issues, improve performance, and participate in root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with QA, SRE, product, DevOps, and other engineering teams on feature delivery and operational readiness.
