Fulfillment & Inventory Clerk
Job Description
We are hiring a Fulfillment & Inventory Clerk to join a busy overhead door manufacturing warehouse in Mississauga. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have warehouse, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience, be technically inclined with electrical and automation knowledge, and possess a strong attention to detail. This role is well-suited for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately according to pick lists
• Load and unload inventory from delivery trucks
• Assist customers with collecting and loading purchased products
• Enter, update, and retrieve order and inventory information using company systems
• Print labels and complete order documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Support inventory counts and stock organization activities
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Perform general warehouse and fulfillment duties as required
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience
• Previous order picking and inventory management experience required
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of electrical components, automation products, or related equipment considered a strong asset
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to identify and handle technical products accurately
• Counterbalance forklift experience is an asset
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear required
