## Front End Team Lead - Full TimeApplylocations: Calgary, ABtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: August 13, 2026 (30 days left to apply)job requisition id: R260270**Summary:**Reporting to the Retail Manager - Operations, the Front End Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department.**Responsibilities:*** Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the manager* Delegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper execution* Foster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processes* Ensure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the manager* Perform administrative tasks related to their assigned department* Provide legendary customer service by identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off this analysis* Promote company programs to team members and customers* Maintain visual presentation standards including in-store signage, merchandise recovering/front facing, restocking, remerchandising, dusting, and vacuuming sales floor as needed* Respond to and resolve customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope* Assist in other areas of the store when business needs dictate**Qualifications:*** Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales or service environment is preferred* Open availability – this position will be required to work store opening and closing shifts, as well as on weekends* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred* Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs* Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations* Ability to use good judgment and logic* Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle* Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an assetBass Pro Shops & Cabela’s welcomes applications from people with disabilities.Accommodations are available upon request during the assessment and selection process. ### **Benefits*** Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, our restaurants, world-class resorts and conservation attractions!* Fun work environment* Competitive wages* Excellent benefits* Unlimited career advancement opportunities* Bass Pro Cares Fund #J-18808-Ljbffr
