Required skills:

The working culture is very western and all the work happens in English because you are working in a cross cultural environment. Your English doesnt have to be perfect but you have to be able to talk [IELTS, test scores etc doesn't matter - we don't care about silly stuff] Who we are: - Software house doing Ecommerce related projects for US based companies (don't worry if you don't know our stack) - 90% of our work is front end and the 10% that is backend is pretty simple. Who you are: - You are motivated - we move at American speed and your salary WILL increase in the next 6 months if you are motivated (motivated doesnt mean working at home - it means show up to the office and accomplish your tasks well and double check your work). - You have experience with front end (we dont need senior engineers - junior is ok) - we use React/Next Js and a bit of shopify Liquid (this is rare and pretty similar to react) Working conditions: - Very informal - You can show up wearing shorts if you want. But you are required to show up on time - You're not expected to work after work hours or weekends. But, you are expected to work hard during work hours. - Very Flat management - you'll be reporting directly to the CEO [we're a 15 person company and do plenty of revenue] - There's no HR person, there's no company meetings, etc. We're all very friendly and it feels like there's no hierarchy - many local employees say they love working with us because it feels very western. How to apply? Show me your Github or portfolio or a project that you did and explain exactly what you did for the project and what other people did. And yes, we will give you claude Max on day one - we love ai but we need someone who understand a bit of fundamentals.
