Job DescriptionJob Description We are hiring French / English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Toronto! This is a full time long term job opportunity in the financial industry! What's in it for you: - Direct hire position - that means you will be on our client's payroll from day one! - Hourly wage of $19.15/hour - Permanent, full-time role with growth potential - Healthcare Spending Account - Exclusive offers on home and auto insurance - Exclusive retail discounts - Opportunity to move to hybrid after 3 months, based on experience Responsibilities: - Guide customers through the loan application process with step-by-step assistance - Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up with prospects who haven't completed their application - Answer questions related to eligibility, loan status, and next steps - Direct customers to local retail branches for in-person support when needed - Identify opportunities to introduce additional services based on customer needs Requirements: - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Must have able to pass a credit check - Must be fluent in both French and English - Able to navigate CRM systems and multitask on a computer - Previous customer service experience We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours: - Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm - Saturday 8am to 8pm - Sunday 9am to 6pm Apply today!
