Work alongside experienced team members to safely complete residential repair projects. Operate hand and power tools while following company safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing HydroHelp911 professionally. Learn new installation techniques through hands-on training and coaching. Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule. What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Dependable and punctual Hard-working with a positive attitude Coachable and eager to learn Able to work well in a team environment Focused on safety and quality workmanship Committed to providing an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Ability to lift 70+ pounds throughout the workday Comfortable working in crawl spaces and outdoor environments Reliable transportation to arrive at our shop by 6:45 AM Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (excluding marijuana) Valid driver's license Construction experience is a plus--but no experience is required.
