Job Description Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments. Develop integrations using APIs and custom code. Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform capabilities. Automate deployments and maintain technical documentation. Provide technical support during implementation and go-live. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation. Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments. Background in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is highly preferred. Knowledge of Terraform, monitoring tools, and AI/LLM technologies.
