Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary TRG is hiring a Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach) for our client based in Mississauga, ON. This position involves driving a powered industrial truck equipped with forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse or factory. Location: Mississauga, ON Shift: Day- 6:00am-2:00pmAfternoon- 2:00 pm to 10:00 pmNight- 10:00pm – 6:00am Schedule: Mon to Fri Pay rate: $20- $21 /hr Key Duties and Responsibilities Order picking using forklift and loads and unloads skids/pallets on/off trailers and transports to various areas within the plant. Places and removes skids from assigned bunks in safe manner. Ensures counts are accurate on materials being received and shipped. Wraps and straps completed skids from production line. May be required to work on the production assembly line. Exercises care for the safety of personnel, property and materials at all times. Enters data into company systems as directed. Completes daily maintenance check on the equipment and reports issues/problems to Manager. Cleans up work area at the end of the shift as directed. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Minimum of 2-3 years driving experience of driving both machines (Raymond reach ) Valid Forklift Licence for Raymond R each Education & Experience Requirements Must be able to read, write and speak English. High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge and experience using RF Scanner and SAP platform. Computer literate in word and excel applications. Knowledge of warehouse software applications. Knowledge of Shipping and receiving documentation and Knowledge of inventory would be an asset.
