Job DescriptionJob Description We are currently recruiting a Forklift Operator with cross-dock experience to join a leading LTL transportation company. This role focuses on the safe and efficient offloading and movement of materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Afternoon Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday Start: 5:00 PM Finish: Between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM (next day) Shift duration: 8–12 hours, depending on workload Fridays: Busiest day, with potentially longer shifts Pay rate: $21/hr to start Responsibilities Perform cross-docking operations Loading LTL Load, Offload, stage, and move products safely and efficiently Prepare materials for shipment Track and record inventory movements Maintain a clean and organized work area Position is focused on offloading trucks Requirements Minimum 4+ years of forklift experience Valid Counterbalance license At least 2+ years in a cross-dock environment Experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic and reliability NOTE: Only applicants legally entitled to work full time in Canada, residing in GTA and currently possessing the required paperwork to commence work immediately will be considered. \nCompany Description COVENANT GROUP LTD. is a Recruiting firm offering equal labor opportunities in compliance with all applicable laws in Canada.
