This role involves operating a sit-down forklift to move heavy industrial pipes and similar products throughout a large yard and warehouse, supporting loading and unloading operations. Other responsibilities will be measuring and cutting the steel pipes to the specific dimensions before using the forklift to stage, stack, and secure on the pallets for shipping. **APPLY NOW** by submitting your resume with the best contact information for us to reach out and speak further on this position and next steps in the hiring process. **Responsibilities** + Operate a sit-down forklift to move heavy industrial pipes and similar products safely around the facility and yard. + Load and unload trucks with pipe and related materials, following all safety and handling procedures. + Collaborate with other forklift operators to move pipe efficiently within the warehouse and yard. + Handle and position lumber to create stable supports between pipe lifts and ensure safe stacking. + Guide other forklift operators into designated areas to pick up and drop off loads safely and accurately. + Occasionally load trucks with pipe for outbound shipments, ensuring loads are secure and properly arranged. + Occasionally operate a band saw as needed to support material preparation and cutting requirements. + Follow all site safety rules and procedures while working in a large outdoor yard exposed to the elements. + Participate in 1st shift training for 2-3 weeks to learn site-specific processes before transitioning to 2nd shift. + Work overtime during the week and on weekends as required to meet customer order demands. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairless Hills, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
