Job DescriptionJob Description Our client is seeking an individual to be their Training Specialist on the Night Shift The Training Specialist is responsible assisting in the maintenance and execution of the site-training requirements and leading in safe work practices and compliance with our client's policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements. NOTE---this role is more hands-on (60-80%) with the MHE training either conducting drive assessments, providing equipment, systems or efficiency training; possibly assisting in Operations with Picking and Loading However, there are Administrative duties attached to this role --will need experience with using a Warehouse Management System Essential Functions Responsibilities: · Supervise, coordinate, assign and review the daily work of new hires and trainees · Establish work schedules, procedures and priorities and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and training · Supervise, train and coach employees on job duties, company policies, procedures, systems and workplace requirements including site safety, Material Handling Equipment, systems (including Warehouse management system), and quality training · Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing employees · Assess employee training needs and monitor employee performance to identify areas requiring additional coaching or training · Resolve work-related issues and provide guidance to employees regarding procedures, p Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
