Momo Sushi Cafe is located at 377 Bernard Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 6N6. We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Food Services Manager. Position: Food Services Manager Wage: CAD$39.00/hour Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations; Plan and control budget and inventory; Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures; Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary; Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews; Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed; Manage catering and advertisements. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school; and Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
