About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven FSD Manager to lead our last mile delivery operations. This role is responsible for ensuring outstanding delivery performance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement while leading a team of dispatchers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day last mile delivery operations to achieve service level, on-time delivery, and cost targets. Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve operational issues. Optimize route planning, fleet utilization, and delivery capacity. Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on delivery failures, customer complaints, and cost inefficiencies. Design and implement process improvement initiatives with measurable business impact. Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPI reporting. Manage the Last Mile budget and drive cost optimization initiatives. Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Warehousing, Stores, Customer Service, and external delivery partners to ensure seamless operations. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Last Mile Delivery, Logistics Operations, Transportation, or Supply Chain. Proven experience managing operational teams, such as dispatchers or coordinators. Strong track record of implementing process improvements and delivering measurable operational results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Hands-on experience with TMS, routing software, or logistics platforms. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with SQL, Power BI is considered an advantage.
