Job Summary: As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at our luxury resort. You will manage a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, and budget oversight to maintain the high standards of our resort. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple restaurants in the resort- Manage and lead a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience - Oversee menu development, pricing, and inventory management - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations - Manage the food and beverage budget and analyze financial data to optimize profitability - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the food and beverage team - Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality setting - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in financial management and budget oversight - Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, menu design, and inventory management - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred - Certified Sommelier or Mixologist certification a plus Working Conditions: This is a full-time, salaried position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
