Food and Beverage Manager at NS7 — NeverHard

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to achieve operational excellence. Control budgets, costs, inventory, and purchasing processes. Ensure compliance with company standards, health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor service quality and implement improvement initiatives. Develop and execute promotional activities to increase revenue and guest engagement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Fluency in Russian and/or Kazakh; English proficiency is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems. We Offer: Competitive salary.
