Proven experience in developing and implementing communication plans, PR campaigns, and reputation management initiatives. Demonstrated experience in media relations, stakeholder communications, and corporate communications. Experience in crisis communications, issues management, or business continuity communications. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing, or highly regulated environment. Experience in aviation, transportation, hospitality, telecommunications, retail, or other service industries will be considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including message development, speech writing, and content review. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. Crisis communication and reputation management expertise. Ability to develop communication plans and translate business objectives into communication initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Budget management and vendor management experience. Experience in preparing management reports, communication performance reviews, and executive presentations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret media monitoring, reputation, and engagement metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with media monitoring, social listening, and communication analytics tools. Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
