Job DescriptionJob Description The Florist role based in Toronto's Yorkville area focuses on creating beautiful, event-specific floral designs and mixed arrangements using cut flowers and plants. The florist is responsible for advising clients, arranging bouquets, and handling customer orders through phone and email communications. Schedule: Tue-Sat 9am-6pm (min 40h/week) (Mon and Sun off) Responsibilities Consult with clients to recommend flower combinations and arrangements Create palatable, event-specific bouquets and mixed floral designs Care for flowers to ensure freshness and quality Manage customer orders received via phone and email Provide excellent customer service and communication Required Qualifications Good English proficiency At least 1 year of experience as a florist Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Floral design expertise Experience in customer communication English proficiency
