Shift: Night Shift | Monday–Friday Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent We are hiring an experienced Press Operator with 3+ years of experience operating 8-Color Flexographic Printing Presses in a flexible packaging, plastics, film, or label printing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with press setup, colour registration, ink mixing, print quality, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Experience with W&H, Comexi, Uteco, Bobst, Mark Andy, or Nilpeter presses is an asset. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate 8-Color Flexographic Printing Presses Mount plates, mix inks, and adjust colour registration Monitor print quality and troubleshoot press issues Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards Maintain production efficiency and follow safety procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Flexographic Press Operator experience Experience in flexible packaging, plastics, film, or label printing Strong knowledge of press setup, colour matching, and print registration Ability to troubleshoot printing and press issues Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience with W&H, Comexi, Uteco, Bobst, Mark Andy, or Nilpeter presses Experience in high-speed manufacturing and print production Why Apply?
