Job DescriptionJob Description About EasyFleet EasyFleet is a fleet management platform designed to help businesses simplify vehicle maintenance, procurement, lifecycle management, vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and fleet reporting. Our platform helps organizations reduce administrative workload, improve vehicle uptime, control operating costs, and gain visibility into their fleet operations through a centralized management system. We are seeking motivated sales professionals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and want unlimited earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure. Position Overview The Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, managing prospect relationships, and converting qualified leads into long-term EasyFleet customers. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong business development skills who is comfortable working independently and being compensated entirely through commissions. The Sales Account Manager will represent EasyFleet in the marketplace and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and prospect fleet operators across construction, transportation, utilities, environmental services, telecommunications, landscaping, and related industries. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events, and other sales activities. Develop relationships with fleet managers, operations managers, business owners, controllers, and executive decision-makers. Sales Process Management Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments. Schedule and perform product demonstrations. Present EasyFleet's services and value proposition. Prepare and deliver proposals. Follow up on opportunities and advance prospects through the sales cycle. Negotiate and close new business agreements. Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate CRM records. Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and customer success teams. Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities. Support customer retention and account growth initiatives. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity and industry trends. Provide feedback regarding customer needs and product enhancements. Identify new market opportunities. Ideal Candidate Experience Previous B2B sales experience preferred. Experience selling software, fleet services, transportation services, automotive products, leasing, telematics, or business solutions is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to generate and close business opportunities. Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build trust with business owners and executives. Self-motivated and results-driven. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position. Compensation includes: Monthly Recurring Revenue Commission Earn per active vehicle per month managed under your customer accounts. Commissions continue while: The customer remains active. The vehicle remains active on the platform. Commission payments may continue for up to five (5) years from customer activation, subject to the Contractor Agreement. Additional Incentives Additional commissions or bonuses may be offered from time to time for: Procurement services Leasing opportunities Strategic accounts Promotional campaigns New product launches Performance Expectations Successful Sales Account Managers are expected to: Maintain an active prospecting pipeline. Consistently schedule qualified demonstrations. Generate new customer opportunities. Maintain professional representation of the EasyFleet brand. Achieve agreed-upon sales activity and revenue targets. Independent Contractor Status This position is an independent contractor opportunity and does not constitute employment. Contractors are responsible for: Their own taxes and remittances. Business expenses unless otherwise agreed. Maintaining any required licenses or certifications. Managing their own schedule and work activities. No minimum income is guaranteed.
