What You'll Do As a Fishmonger at CATCH SPECIALTY FISH M, you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality seafood to our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Preparing and handling a variety of fresh fish and seafood. Cleaning, cutting, and filleting fish to meet customer needs. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety standards are met. Assisting customers with their selections and providing expert advice on seafood preparation. Monitoring inventory and ensuring the freshest products are available. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: Passionate about seafood and eager to learn the trade. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role that involves handling fresh fish. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety.
