We are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and take pride in every detail. We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our team. About the Role: As a Finishing Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finish work on residential and commercial projects. You will work independently while collaborating with the project team to ensure every detail is completed to the highest standard. Responsibilities: Install baseboards, casings, trim, doors, crown moulding, and other finish carpentry components Install cabinets, shelving, hardware, and custom millwork Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Measure, cut, and install materials accurately Complete final touch-ups and adjustments to ensure a high-quality finish Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule. Identify and resolve minor deficiencies before project completion Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience Strong finishing carpentry skills with excellent attention to detail Experience with custom homes and commercial tenant improvement projects is an asset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must have a cell phone for communication Own basic hand tools What We Offer: Competitive wages based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive team environment A variety of custom residential and commercial projects
