Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finishing Area Worker to join our clients manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. Responsibilities: o Trim, finish, repair, and test products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. o Inspect finished products for defects and complete repairs safely and efficiently. o Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and product specifications. o Use measurements and perform basic conversions accurately. o Complete required testing procedures and record production and quality information. o Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality standards are met. o Work closely with team members and assist co-workers when needed. o Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. o Report any health and safety concerns to your supervisor. o Participate in training and coaching sessions as required. o Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications: o Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset. o Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. o Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. o Comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic mathematical conversions. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong communication and problem-solving skills. o Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
