Job DescriptionJob Description McDonald Chevrolet Buick GMC has a current and immediate need for a Financial Services Manager . Preference will be given to those candidates with proven insurance and finance experience and a demonstrated ability to work well and communicate clearly with others in a task-oriented, team environment. Your focus will be on offering our clients with a wide variety of products and services associated with their new vehicle. These services include financing, life and disability insurance and a variety of protection and vehicle enhancement products. Candidates with Sales Management Experience will be given extra consideration, as sometimes there may be dual responsibilities involved. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration Track portfolio with lenders Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, provincial, and federal guidelines Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods Set and maintain finance department work schedule Requirements A working knowledge of financial services, life insurance, dealership or general insurance sales Demonstrated ability in presenting the benefits of intangible services and products Sales Management experience a definite asset Knowledge of dealership or related computer programs Competency with Windows and Microsoft Office software Available to work flexible hours and weekends Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Benefits Health, Dental, Disability, & Life Insurance Paid Training Paid Vacation Company Holidays Saturday Lunches Employee Discounts We would like to thank all that apply, but only those given consideration will be contacted
