Job DescriptionJob Description Reporting to the Director of Government Solutions, you will use your expertise to ensure the implementation of industry best practices. You will be a product expert and will be working in close collaboration with each member of the consulting and development teams. You will also be involved in the various phases of the implementation cycle, the analysis of client needs, the customization and configuration of solutions as well as user training. Moreover, you will be using your skills as an analyst and your consulting expertise by being involved directly in large-scale projects and client support. Duties and Responsibilities Meet with clients to analyze and understand their needs Produce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendations Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products which specializes in municipal software (SylogistGOV) Configuration, support, and documentation of 365 Business Central and SylogistGOV Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users (post-implementation support) Provide onsite/offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central/SylogistGOV clients Actively work on resolving technical issues and establishing improved solutions Other related tasks relevant to the deployment and support of the solutions in the client’s environment Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications Participate to product demonstrations during the sales process Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation, including hands-on configuration and customization CPA or other accounting designation is an asset or equivalent experience Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred Experience with municipal accounting Knowledge of financial regulations is an asset Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly Municipal software experience is an asset, specifically with utilities and/or property taxes Ability to collaborate with customers to understand business processes, gather functional requirements and translating requirements into a business application Excellent presentation and communication skills to express ideas clearly, concisely in an understandable form, both orally and in writing, targeted to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors (direct client interaction remotely, in-person or by telephone) Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence) Professional communication in English (written and verbal) is required for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams, with proficiency equivalent to an advanced (C1) level Why Join Endeavor4 Your content will directly influence pipeline and revenue High ownership role with visibility across marketing and sales Opportunity to shape content strategy, not just execute tasks Collaborative, results‑driven culture that values clarity and accountability Love your job and winning as a team Salary & Benefits The total compensation for this role is $100,000 to $120,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
