We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Financial Control Supervisor Responsibilities: Financial Control Perform control over the economic justification of the Company's expenses and payments. Monitor compliance of transactions with internal policies, approved limits, and delegated authorities. Ensure the accuracy of supporting documentation and compliance with the Chart of Accounts (CoA), corporate policies, and internal procedures. Business Process Control & Risk Management Perform control procedures across key business processes, identify control weaknesses, and implement corrective actions. Participate in the identification and assessment of financial and operational risks, maintaining risk registers and control matrices. Monitor compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and authorization matrices. SAP, Audit & Compliance Monitor SAP access rights, Sensitive Fields, and compliance with user access policies. Coordinate user access reviews and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare financial control reports, analyze deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in projects aimed at automating and digitalizing financial control processes. People Management Organize, coordinate, and develop the Financial Control team, ensuring timely task completion and supporting employee performance and development. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Audit related departments Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit related positions in audit companies or experience in related jobs (Internal Auditor in multinational Companies, etc.) Good knowledge of IFRS combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity Fluency in English Sophisticated knowledge of Excel analytical tools Strong communication and analytical skills Knowledge of SAP Requirements: University degree Minimum 3 years in finance English level (Upper-Intermediate) Strong knowledge of financial accounting, bookkeeping, management reporting, and other regulatory acts governing the Company's financial and business activities; Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Understanding of internal control, risk management, and budgeting principles; Advanced communication, presentation and analytical skills, ability to work in highly dynamic & changing environment, mentoring and coaching skills We offer: Work in a big international FMCG Company, holding market leader position in beer industry in KZ; Competitive salary and attractive annual bonus level; Social package with flexible benefits (meal allowance, Medical Insurance, Financial Assistance, and more) Corporate mobile communication, meals, transportation; 30 calendar days of paid vacation; Recognition and incentive programs; Corporate programs of professional training and development of employees; Opportunities for professional and career growth
