Position Summary Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our Corporate Center on Fletcher Avenue. This is a fully on-site position requiring regular collaboration with Finance leadership and departments throughout the organization. The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making by analyzing financial, payer, and operational data. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable presenting financial findings and recommendations to leadership. Essential Responsibilities Analyze financial statements, reimbursement activity, operational data, and market trends. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis. Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. Gather, validate, and integrate financial data from multiple systems and departments. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership. Collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams. Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and special financial projects. Maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential financial information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. One to three years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating with an on-site team. Ability to work full-time on-site at the Fletcher Corporate Center. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Healthcare, managed care, payer, or Federally Qualified Health Center experience. Work Location This position is based at the Tampa Family Health Centers Corporate Center located at 302 West Fletcher Avenue in Tampa . This is a full-time, fully on-site position and is not structured as a remote or hybrid opportunity. Please note that the employee’s initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week. Additional mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employee’s assigned work location.
