About the Role
As a Financial Advisor, your primary focus is delivering an outstanding client experience — retaining assigned clients and bringing new clients into the firm. You’ll be supported by robust systems, ongoing training, mentorship, and a dedicated investment team that manages all portfolios, allowing you to concentrate fully on client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build, expand, and manage client relationships
Assess client needs, goals, and financial objectives
Prepare and present financial analyses and plans
Act with professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
Continuously expand your financial knowledge and best practices
Attend client events hosted by the firm
Prepare and process back‑office paperwork as needed
Complete tasks and maintain records in the firm’s CRM (Salesforce)
Explain account details, investment strategies, and performance to clients
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of client‑facing advisor experience (or military equivalent)
Securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
State Life Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Clean compliance record
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Strong communication skills — individual and small‑group settings
High‑touch customer service background
Consultative sales experience
Bachelor’s degree
Desire to pursue a CFP designation
Military experience a plus
