We are seeking a Finance Process Excellence Analyst to oversee and lead initiatives that automate and optimize financial processes, strengthen controls, and drive digital transformation within the internal Corporate Finance Department. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical acumen, and hands-on experience with SAP and AI solutions to enhance and automate workflows and controls. Responsibilities: Lead business process and financial cycle automation projects for internal corporate finance department, with primary focus on implementation of SAP finance modules and AI solutions Partner on internal IT projects to prioritize roadmaps, support Finance stakeholder requirements, and assess impacts on processes and controls Lead and/or participate in design and implementation of AI-based solutions to automate processes, controls and enable AI-assisted analysis Manage internal projects by defining scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, execution plans, and success measures, and ensuring implementation sustainability Perform business analysis activities such as discovery phases, process assessments, gap analysis, and defining business requirements Requirements: Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Analysis in Finance/another related field 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in process design/process transformation and automation/project management/business analysis/continuous improvement Understanding of business processes and financial cycles like Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, etc. alongside internal controls and compliance Practical knowledge of SAP FI and related financial modules, gained through hands-on system use/consulting/implementation support/close collaboration with SAP functional teams Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity, particularly in process analysis, documentation drafting, workflow optimization, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency Capability to independently manage multiple initiatives and ensure project completion B2 English, both verbal and written We offer/Benefits: We connect like-minded people: Delivering innovative solutions to industry leaders, making a global impact Enjoyable working environment, whether it's the vibrant office or the comfort of your own home Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year We invest in your growth: Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Unlimited access to EPAM's internal learning database Free English classes with certified teachers We cover it all: Comprehensive medical & family care package Seven trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Discounts from 800+ partners (sports activities, restaurants, stores and services) EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
