Hilton Garden Inn Astana is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial forecasts. Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance. Participate in the preparation and control of the annual budget and financial plans. Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting in accordance with local legislation and company standards. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related financial processes, and cash management. Control expenses and ensure compliance with approved budgets. Conduct financial analysis and provide management with relevant insights for decision-making. Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures. Cooperate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external partners when required. Support hotel management and department heads with financial guidance and analysis. Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring high standards of performance and accuracy. Ensure compliance with Hilton standards, internal policies, and applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Good understanding of local tax and financial regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial data. Advanced Excel skills. Strong proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in all three languages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively under deadlines. Leadership and team management skills.
