Job Description: DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW Job Family : Campus Role Type: Undergraduate Work Location: Toronto, Ontario Hours: 37.5 hours per week TD Enterprise Finance is responsible for developing and delivering financial strategy, insights, and management support across TD Bank Group. This includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), performance management, regulatory reporting, financial control, and the ongoing evolution of Finance systems and processes. JOB DESCRIPTION The Finance and Accounting Transformation Associate Program is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future-ready Finance professionals with both strong financial acumen and technical expertise. This is a NEW Rotational program in alignment with TD's priorities to transform and simplify processes. This program is intentionally built at the intersection of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), data, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and technology transformation. Associates will gain hands-on experience and training delivering core Finance responsibilities while also contributing to the evolution of Finance through automation, analytics, and system innovation. We are looking for individuals who are curious and intellectually driven, strong problem-solvers, and motivated to challenge the status quo and improve how Finance operates. This dual focus ensures Associates are not only strong finance practitioners but are also equipped with the skills required to modernize Finance processes and help drive the future of Finance. What You'll Do Deliver Core Finance Value: Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management (FP&A) Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and identify trends Apply structured problem-solving to support decision-making and business performance Drive Finance Transformation: Contribute to initiatives that modernize Finance processes, systems, and workflows Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process redesign Challenge existing approaches and introduce innovative, scalable solutions Leverage Data, Technology & AI: Use data analytics and visualization tools to support business insights Develop AI fluency and apply emerging technologies to Finance use cases Translate business problems into technology-enabled solutions WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE Rotational exposure across Finance functions Mentorship from Finance leaders Performance feedback and development planning Cohort networking opportunities JOB REQUIREMENTS We are seeking candidates who are committed to pursuing a career in Finance and Accounting and demonstrate both financial acumen combined with a strong orientation toward curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving. Core Capabilities: Strong foundation in Finance (FP&A, accounting, financial analysis) Ability to analyze complex problems and develop structured, data-driven solutions Intellectual curiosity - asks why and seeks better ways of working Ability to challenge conventional thinking and drive change Technical & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau Familiarity with Python, SQL, Databricks, and GitHub Foundational understanding of AI, automation, or advanced analytics concepts Professional Skills: Strong communication and storytelling skills Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems creatively Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and emerging technologies ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Educational Requirements Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or one that combines Finance and Technology, such as: Computing & Financial Management, Financial Technology (FinTech), Financial Engineering, Finance + Computer Science.
