Company Truck or Auto Allowance (Field Positions Only)
Purpose:
Ensure quality control, timely construction, and completion of homes.
Key Objectives:
Perform general labourer duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, lifting and digging
Perform basic carpentry and other tasks as required, to assist with the timely completion of homes
Completion of quality control standards by completing checklists on a timely basis
Providing support to the warranty team when required
Maintain and enforce site cleanliness with trade partners
Adhere to and enforce the company’s safety policies and procedures
Other duties and responsibilities assigned
Skill Requirements:
Experience in the residential home building industry
Valid drivers license and willingness to use personal truck for work purposes
Current 3-year drivers abstract
Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
Comfortable using basic hand tool and power tools
Ability to manage a heavy workload and operate efficiently
Ability to work independently with little supervision
