THE ROLE Field Services Representative is responsible for the needs of broiler and breeder producers. This position will work collaboratively with the Grower Production & Field Service Managers. They are responsible for implementing best practices and procedures, while following all company policies and procedures. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our chicken and hatching egg growers and promoting Sunrise Farms within the grower communities. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The following list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties rather they are intended to only describe the nature of the job: Maintain excellent communication with producers Manage farm issues/opportunities with our Growers, including mortality, target weight and other issues as they arise Keep a current knowledge of industry trends Other duties as required SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent Interpersonal Skills Ability to identify opportunities and follow through on the execution and improvement Excellent Analytical & organizational skills Time Management Previous Agricultural /Poultry industry experience is an asset Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES: Strong critical thinking and communication skills to share ideas and influence others Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
