Position description Full-time Service Technician position working regular hours, Monday to Friday, in Port Hope. The Service Technician is a valuable member of a small team and is responsible for on-call after sales service, on-site installation and in-house equipment inspection, repairs and maintenance. The applicant must have a valid passport and be in good standing for regular travel throughout Canada and the United States. Job Duties And Responsibilities On-site equipment installation and training for new customers on how to safely operate and maintain Revolver equipment. Communicate with customers, dealers and service departments to diagnose equipment issues and propose troubleshooting actions. Collaborate with Revolver’s sales, parts and accounting departments. Load/unload machines and spare parts. Assist with inventory management and general shop maintenance.
