What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma. • 2+ years of experience in the sales field. Preference is with CPG products. • Ability to lift up to 40lbs, sit, stand, walk and kneel for long periods of time. What will be your key responsibilities? • Sell presentation programs, booking sheets and new product to customers along with suggesting orders and actual orders. • Continuously guarantee that promotional and seasonal compliance is met within designated retail outlets. • Maintain distribution of assigned products. • Execute merchandising excellence by ensuring that shelves are stocked, sell specific shelving strategies, and optimize freshness and quality of products on the shelf. • Maintain an adequate stock of relevant merchandising supplies and POS materials. • Maintain accurate and appropriate data through hand-held technology as determined by the business.
