Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in the packaging industry within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We specialize in custom boxes, die-cuts, and specialty packaging for diverse industries — from food and beverage to retail and industrial. We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual with strong business-to-business (B2B) sales acumen. The ideal candidate is not afraid to pick up the phone, visit clients, and open new doors. This is an independent, mobile role where initiative, follow-through, and professional presence are key to success. Responsibilities Develop and grow new business in the packaging industry through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building. Engage in cold calling to identify potential clients and establish new business opportunities. Conduct client prospecting visits across the GTA and surrounding regions. Utilize Excel for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in collaboration with the operations and production teams. Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals. Communicate effectively. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales management Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, independent, and target-driven. Demonstrated skills in negotiation. Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for client visits. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects daily.
