Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations Determine services to be offered and implement effective operational procedures Oversee cash management, balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation Conduct staff performance reviews Manage costing for products and services Organize and maintain inventory Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate food and supply orders Manage catering arrangements and facility usage Participate in marketing plans and execution Address customer concerns and deliver excellent customer service Supervise a team of 11-15 employees Experience & Technical Skills Computer and Technology Knowledge Accounting software Electronic cash register Point of sale (POS) systems MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Windows) Spreadsheets and related tools Work Conditions Fast-paced environment Work under pressure with tight deadlines Repetitive tasks and handling heavy loads Physically demanding; standing for extended periods Combination of sitting, standing, and walking Attention to detail with a high-volume workload Personal Qualities Accurate and detail-oriented Client-focused and dependable Strong interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication Flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player Most importantly: bring your authentic self.
