Terms of Employment are: Permanent, full time willing to work overtime, weekend, day, night or evening shifts. High School Education is an asset. Basic English is preferred but not required. 1-2 years of experience in the supervision role is an asset. Job duties include: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Supervise harvest operations Perform general farm duties Supervise farm operations Develop work schedules and establish procedures Maintain quality control and production records Train workers Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be willing to work on all shifts.
